"42" is not called "42" in French.
Instead, it's called "Brūle avec moi", which means "Burn with Me". It isn't unusual for episode titles to be adapted like this in French, because sometimes the translation sounds strange or doesn't mean anything to a French viewer.
I'm wondering why Mr Chibnall chose to call it "42", and not "Burn With Me" or...well I don't know. I think both titles work, but Burn With Me sounds more scary, and the episode had a lot of suspense. It was scary the 1st time I saw it.
Which title do you prefer, and why?
